In reply to DaveM's post on June 12, I called support. She did a full repair and then she ran a script as admin to see what license numbers were in my code. We found three, only one of which was mine. She then ran a script to delete each of the license codes that were not mine and showed my "time was up". Now it works fine. Thank you for the response.

In reply to Neftali Ramirez's post on June 4, Won't I loose all my files by deleting the program? Before doing that, did you try all others steps? One is Jellybean keyfinder, if the key is still present on your PC it will show it.
Then it wouldn't install on a new laptop as Microsft have made it so that we all have to upgrade. Reading other posts I was hoping to be able to click Deativate Install from within my account but this option I cannot find.
I checked my Product Key from within My Account and it is different from the one I have on my purchased card! Can you please tell me how I can remove the wrong product key from My Account and then use the correct one to reinstall MS Office.

All three are Version build I'm just me at home I have no idea why my account shows I have other copies that need activation.

Ralitsa Hadzhieva. As long as you log in with the correct Microsoft account, this should fix any activation issues. Please note that Office checks the activation status quite regularly over the internet, so the unlicensed product message may appear if the device often has no network connection. If you keep receiving this issue anyway, it might indicate some kind of issue with the connection to the Office licensing service.
In reply to Mikec's post on November 22, Mike I have the exact same problem. Office is up to date. Ran Microsoft activation fix. Ran online repair of office. Removed the creds from credential manager. Used Microsoft Office total removal tool. Purchased another Office license and reinstalled form the new account. Manually removed all registry entries with the O license user info in it. Uninstalled and Reinstalled again.

None of these fixes fixe this issue I will have to apy a computer tech again to fix this.
Open the control panel and select the programs and features. Find the previous version of the office in the list of programs, Double-click the older version program to start the uninstall and follow the conditions to uninstall the office program.
